the process of receiving information to better yourself understanding and understanding of others, places and idea. Education looks like nurturing an enquiring mind to allow for a better understanding of ideas, theories, and new perspectives.

equity refers to fairness or putting everyone on equal footing in no matter their place socioeconomic whether it's lower or higher on the socioeconomic ladder. Equity differs from equality, in that equality is treating everyone the same no matter their place socioeconomic whether it's lower or higher on the socioeconomic ladder.
